Our body heat radiates from within, so keeping our core temperature warm is the fastest way to ensure we are at the right temperature.

A hot meal, soup, or any hot drink is a great way to quickly warm yourself up. Not only will it quickly heat your core but the mug or cup itself works as a heat source for your hands.

 

A Warm Relaxing Bath

Power-assisted baths, wet rooms and whirlpool baths are great for our muscles and joints and can help us unwind and keep warm.

Make sure to warm up your towels and turn up the thermostat to ensure you stay warm once you are out of the bath as well.

 

Wrap Up Warm

Dressing in several thinner layers is a very effective way to ensure you are at the right temperature at all times, as you can just take a layer off if you are feeling too warm.

Make sure to wear warm, fleecy socks and slippers, as well as a hat and gloves if you are feeling particularly cold as your forehead is where most of your body temperature will escape and your feet and hands take the longest time to warm up.
