At the weekends, Darren loves nothing more than spending quality family time with his wife Rachel, two children and Monty the dog and occasionally tinkering with his classic car.
Rachel O’Connell
Director
Behind every successful business is a supporting, loving wife, mother and bookkeeper. Rachel is responsible for ensuring that our suppliers get paid and balancing the books. Rachel lives for the weekend, spending time with Darren, their two children and of course walking Monty the dog.
Sarah McCabe
Installations Team Leader
Sarah is responsible for the successful delivery of our customer’s accessible bathroom installations. Sarah has a can do attitude and ensures that our installation teams continue to deliver high-quality customer service and brilliant bathroom installations. On the weekends, Sarah can be found spending quality family time with her husband and three children as well as enjoying a glass of fizz (or two).
James Spicer
Bathroom Designer
James Spicer is an experienced bathroom designer and has been with the company for over ten years. James will come to your home to establish your requirements and find the right option for your bathing needs based on your mobility. James is a family man that loves spending his weekends with his wife and son and has a second love of motorsports.
Darren Bloomfield
Bathroom Designer
Darren is highly knowledgeable when it comes to bathroom design and has been with the company since 2020. Darren has a wife and a son and enjoys nothing more than family days out on the weekends. Did you know that Darren Bloomfield is a former World Champion in Remote Control Car Racing and has competed in over 20 different countries around the world!
Trevor Marshall
Quality Control Manager
Trevor is the company’s Quality Control Manager and has a wealth of experience in the accessible bathroom industry. Trevor is the smiling face that visits you for customer surveys as well as our installation quality assurance sign-off protocols. On the weekends, Trevor can be found spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren and watching Arsenal F.C.
Leigh Whiting
Customer Service Advisor
When you call Absolute Mobility, there is a good chance that Leigh will be the first to answer your call. Leigh is a busy mum of 3 children and spends the weekends with the family walking the hills around the local area, or visiting the local parks. When Leigh has some downtime, she really enjoys a good book and an occasional rum and coke, she also has a passion for music, and when possible, she enjoys going to concerts to see her favourite bands.
Carolina Camacho
Customer Care Advisor
Carolina is the glue between our customer service and installation teams. Carolina loves nothing more than spending her quality time with loved ones and travelling the world. She has a BIG passion for football (especially Benfica!) and has visited lots of football stadiums across England and Portugal. Don’t tell anyone, but she is Cristiano Ronaldo’s number 1 fan!
Monty
Office Mascot
Monty is the Absolute Mobility office mascot. When in the office, Monty can be found chewing on a beloved carrot and keeping the office morale up with his infectious joyous personality!
