The challenge
Absolute Mobility received a call from Mrs Terry’s daughter Linda, who was enquiring on behalf of her 95-year-old mother. Mrs Terry was active but has problems with her knees and was no longer able to get in and out of her existing bath. A free no obligation home visit appointment was promptly booked.
The solution
Our bathroom designer Darren attended a home visit appointment With Mrs Terry and her daughter. Darren measured the bathroom, drew a plan, and then sat down to discuss suitable options with them both. Mrs Terry was not keen to have or a walk-in bath with a lifting seat installed, our selection of Deep Soak Tub Style Baths was shown, and it was agreed that the Georgia would suit Mrs Terry best.
The outcome
The installation was booked in, and our fitter began, the old bath was removed, and pipework re-routed and connected ready for the Georgia Tub Style Deep Soak bath to be put in its place.
Mrs Terry and her daughter were delighted with the new bath as it would make Mrs Terry’s future bathing much easier and more comfortable.
After the works were completed Mrs Terry and her daughter took the time to write a thank you card and send to the team at head office.
