The challenge
Mrs Duncan Hughes needed an easier way for their son who has Cerebral Palsy to bathe. The existing bathroom had a bath with a shower over it making it difficult to bathe on a frequent basis.
The solution
Mrs Duncan-Hughes found our details on Google and called Absolute Mobility to arrange a free home visit appointment with one of our bathroom designers. The bathroom designer measured the bathroom and listened to Mrs Duncan-Hughes bathing needs for their son. It was agreed that a shower dec with half height shower screens would be the most suitable option to make it easier for bathing.
The outcome
Upon the completion of the bathroom Mrs Duncan-Hughes was overcome with emotion, the bathroom was now unrecognisable, she now has an easier way for their son to bathe. He loves the bathroom so much so that he is always asking to have a shower! Mrs Duncan Hughes called the office to inform Absolute Mobility how pleased she was with the outcome and more importantly the installation team as they had been great with her son throughout. A five-star review was subsequently posted on Absolute Mobility’s Facebook page.
