Absolute Mobility Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Absolute Mobility (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Absolute Mobility, their immediate families, agents, suppliers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete and submit the official competition entry form during the promotional period.
Entry is free.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted incorrectly or received after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. Promotional Period
The competition opens on 9th September at 09.30 and closes on 9th September at 17.00.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
A 1 night hotel stay and afternoon tea for two at Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa, up to a maximum total value of £350. The prize must be taken Monday to Thursday only.
The prize is subject to availability and any applicable booking dates, restrictions and/or exclusions imposed by the hotel.
The exact room type, stay date and afternoon tea arrangements will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
The maximum value of the prize is £350 in total. Any additional expenditure or costs above this amount will be the responsibility of the winner.
Travel to and from Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa, parking, additional meals, drinks, treatments, upgrades, incidental expenses and any other costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
6. Selecting the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the competition closing date.
The draw will take place within 5 working days of the competition closing date.
7. Contacting the Winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied on their competition entry.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is unable to accept the prize or is found to be ineligible, Absolute Mobility reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Availability
The prize is subject to availability.
Absolute Mobility reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
The prize is provided subject to the hotel’s own booking terms, conditions and policies.
9. Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa
This promotion is organised by Absolute Mobility.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa is the prize venue and is not responsible for the administration of the competition, selection of the winner or management of competition entries.
10. Personal Information
Personal information supplied when entering the competition will be used by Absolute Mobility for the purpose of administering the prize draw, including verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging fulfilment of the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Absolute Mobility’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Information required to administer the competition will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.
11. Marketing Communications
Entering the prize draw does not require entrants to consent to receive marketing communications from Absolute Mobility.
Entrants may separately choose to receive news, information, offers or other marketing communications from Absolute Mobility by selecting the appropriate optional consent box on the entry form.
Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
12. Publicity
Absolute Mobility may be required to make information available demonstrating that a valid award took place.
Where required by applicable advertising rules, the surname and county of the winner may be made available to those requesting this information.
The winner may object to some or all of this information being made available. Absolute Mobility may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Any additional use of the winner’s name, photograph or testimonial for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner’s agreement where appropriate.
13. Responsibility
Absolute Mobility accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical, communications or other problems outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
14. Changes or Cancellation
Absolute Mobility reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Any changes will be communicated appropriately.
15. Acceptance of These Terms
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Absolute Mobility’s decision regarding the administration of the competition and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
