Mr & Mrs Holmes – Surrey

The Challenge

Mr Holmes contacted Absolute Mobility because he was looking to change his existing bath to better suit his wife’s needs as she has Alzheimer’s and has difficulty moving.

The Solution

Mr. Holmes promptly booked a free, no-obligation home visit appointment so he could discuss options that would better aid his wife’s bathing requirements. As Mr. Holmes was referred to us by one of our mobility referral specialists, he was visited by our director Darren. Darren measured the bathroom, drew up a plan, and discussed the option that he felt was best for Mrs Holmes. A Priya Deep Soak Tub Style bath was discussed, and Mr. Holmes agreed that this style of bath would be suitable for his wife’s requirements.

The Outcome

After the home visit appointment, an estimate was sent to Mr. Holmes to peruse. Mr. Holmes contacted Absolute Mobility a few days later as he wished to proceed with having the Priya installed. The project was promptly booked in with our installations team and work began with our fitter Errol and minimal disruption.  After the installation was finished, Mr. Holmes said that he was delighted with the outcome of their new bathroom and pleased that his wife had a better solution to bathe, being able to relax and soak in the new bath.
