Once the resident is seated, The Malvern power bath uses the latest lift-and-pivot technology to lift the chair up, pivot it over the side of the bath and then lower it down again so the resident is lowered into the bath without unnecessary effort or strain for the carers.

But what about getting from the bed to the bath? The Malvern has the option of a detachable transfer chair which can be taken to the bedside of the resident for a simple transfer so the resident remains seated in the same chair throughout the bathing process.
